Enthusiasm
“Enthusiasm makes the difference.”-Dr. Norman Vincent Peale
The statement “Enthusiasm makes the difference.” means the way you act toward things affects the way things happen. Such as if you go through life all sad and lazy not wanting to something things are going to be hard for you. On the other hand if you are always happy and have a enthusiasm things will always seem to go great. If you are going through a rough time smiling can help you you go through that rough time. It feels good to have enthusiasm and spread it to others.

Body-Mind-Spirit
“Take responsibility for your own body, mind and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.”-Mr.C.S. Haymore
The statement “ Take responsibility for your own body, mind and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being” explains that if you don’t take care of yourself your physical mental, and spiritual well-being won’t be well either. If you don’t don’t take care of you body then your mind won’t function well either. It also goes the other way around if your mental health isn’t well then your physical health won’t be well. Although if you have no spirit than both your physical and mental health won’t be good. For instance, when you don’t have any spirit than you are all down you don’t want to do anything and just wanna lay in bed. Then you won’t be able to think straight. If you decide to skip breakfast and don’t have have enough sleep then you will be distracted instead of focusing on what you have to to do. And you also won’t have any spirit you’ll be too tired and to do anything.

“We need the courage to START and CONTINUE what we do, and the courage to STOP what we shouldn’t do.”-Richard L. Evans
The statement explains that we should start giving to others. We shouldn’t be afraid to give to other we should have courage. We also should have courage to stop doing everything we that’s wrong. If you see someone in help you should have the courage to help them. Once you do a kind thing you should continue to do kind things. You shouldn’t do other things such as steal, lie or cheat. Having courage is not only risking your life to save others it’s also no being afraid to tell the truth when you know you have messed up, doing the right thing instead of the wrong.
School Break Days
School Break Days
On christmas break I ate a lot of food. I spent time with my family. This winter break I saw my grandma for the first time in a long while. She came from Mexico to spend christmas with us. While she was here we decided to show her around los angeles since she hasn’t been here for the longest time. My favorite place I got to go with her was to Universal Studios. The people who went were my sister, aunt, cousins and my grandma. My grandma got on almost every ride with us which pretty cool. Other than spending time with my grandma I also had volleyball practice. We usually worked out in the park and hardly in school. We also went to the beach to work out. We probably ran more than two miles in the sand which was pretty hard but it was even harder to play beach volleyball.Other than the stuff I did while my grandma was here and practice I was pretty much in bed eating and watching T.V.
