Duties and Responsibilities:
Emergency Medical Technician is a person who is specially trained and certified to  administer basic emergency services to victims of trauma or acute illness before and during transportation to a hospital or other healthcare facility.
Salary:
The average salary for a Emergency Medical Technician is about $31,7000. The most paid would be about $54,690 and the least paid would be about $20,690.
Education:
The required education for to become an emergency medical technician is an approved training program(s) at the appropriate EMT level; some programs lead to certificates or associate’s degree.
Demand for this profession:
Employment of emergency medical technicians and paramedics is projected to grow 24 percent from 2014-2024, much faster than the average for all occupations. Emergencies, such as car crashes, natural disasters, and acts of violence, will continue to create demand for EMTs and paramedics.

Reflection:
I would never consider to be an EMT because under so much pressure I tend to panic and doubt myself.
